Summary Azad Kashmir traders, who trade through LoC, called off strike after successful talks with govt.
Addressing a press conference in Muzaffarabad, the traders, who trade through the Line of Control, said that they pay tax to the Travel and Trade Authority established for Kashmir trade but they are forced to pay fine after being declared smugglers in Pakistan, while custom personnel get heavy bribe from them.Traders said that they called off strike after the assurance given by Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Majeed. The said traders initiated hunger strike on Saturday after halting 200 loaded trucks on the road.
