Summary Section 144 has been imposed in Rawalpindi during Moharram ul Haram.
On the other hand, the entry of 20 religious scholars in Rawalpindi, 55 in Attock, 50 in Chakwal and 21 in Jhelum also has been banned as well.According to Rawalpindi DCO Saqib Zafer, it was decided in a session led by Commissioner Zahid Said.Use of loudspeakers also has been banned during Moharram.
