Summary At least 12 people were killed and 45 injured in road accident on Indus Highway near Rajanpur.
According to details, the bus was going to Karachi from Rahimyar Khan and it collided with a truck near Shah Wali Check Post due to low visibility caused by fog, killing 12 passengers and injuring 45 others.Rescue teams reached the spot soon after the accident and shifted the injured to hospital for treatment.According to MS Sheikh Khalifah Hospital Rojhan, Dr Abdur Rehman Qureshi, condition of three injured is stated to be critical.Meanwhile, 12 injured are shifted to Kashmore while eight are moved to Rahimyar Khan and the rest of the injured are under treatment at the Rojhan Hospital.
