Summary The appointment of Ahad Cheema as DCO Lahore has been challenged in Lahore High Court.
The petitioner’s lawyer Bashir Hussain took the stance in the petition that Ahad Cheema is Grade 18 officer but he has been appointed on the post of grade 20 which is violation of rules and unconstitutional.The petitioner further told the court that the dengue epidemic spread due to negligence of DCO Lahore Ahad Cheema due to which several people lost their lives.The petitioner appealed to the court to suspend appointment of Ahad Cheema as DCO Lahore.
