Summary QESCO has disconnected electricity of several departments due to nonpayment.
According to Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO), the power connections of several government departments have been cut due to nonpayment of Rs 8 million.These departments include Education, Public Health Engineering, Metropolitan Streetlight, Urban Development, Irrigation, and Allam Iqbal Open University.QESCO had also disconnected electric supply to different departments three days back during the campaign against defaulters.
