Summary As per 13 people including women were in injured as a roof collapsed in Gujranwala on Friday.
The incident occurred when the engagement-ceremony of Allah Ditta’s daughter was being celebrated in Chah Talainwala that suddenly light was off.The children climbed to the roof made of mud and straw and started playing there. The roof could not bear the load of children and collapsed. As a result, 13 women including Sidra, Bashiran Bibi, Nasreen, Sajda and Kaneez Fatima were under the load.Rescue teams reached the site and recovered the affected women and shifted to the District Headquarter Hospital for treatment.
