A fire erupted at the truck stand No.6 in Mauripur in which more than five truck trailers, six shops, ware houses and good worth billions of rupees were brunt to ashes.According to reports the fire erupted late night on Tuesday which quickly intensified when the two fire brigades arrived at the scene. Due to the load shedding the fire tenders lost contact with the fire control but eight more fire brigades were called in to put the fire out. Rescue officials are still not sure what caused the fire while the police claimed that the fire was an accident and no evidence of a terrorist activity was found.
