A panchayat ordered Atta Muhammad to marry his 9-year-old daughter to Samiullah to resolve a kidnapping case in Dhadi village near Kalur Kot.Police have registered a case and arrested 14 people, including, the girl’s father, groom and his father, panchayat leader Muhammad Aslam and others and sent them to jail.Police parties have been set up to arrest remaining six members of the jirga who are still at large.
