Summary Majority of petrol pumps in Lahore remained closed due to petrol shortage.
Like several other cities, Lahore is facing petrol shortage for several days. Most of the petrol pumps in the city have been shut down due to no supply.Meanwhile, long queues of vehicles were witnessed at the pumps where petrol was available. The petrol shortage continues despite President Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani took notice of the situation and assurance of the Petroleum Dealers Association to enhance the supply.
