Summary Sui Gas department has imposed bill worth Rs 0.3 million on a poor worker.
The pitiable workers went to the office so many times for correction but no proper action was taken in this regard.Ghulam Farid, resident of lower area of Muzaffargarh, is the sole breadwinner of his children and he has to earn living by putting up edibles in passenger coaches for sale.Last year, Sui Gas department imposed utility bill worth Rs 0.3 million to him. He went to the Sui Gas office so many times for correction of bill but in vain. He also to the office of MNA Jamshed Dasti but he was banished from the office.Moreover, he was also threatened that he would have to pay the bill at every cost; otherwise he would have to face jail term.He also suffered from heart attack but his agony could not be resolved.
