Summary Islamabad High Court has rejected a plea seeking registration of a case against Mansoor Ijaz.
IHC judge Anwar Kasni heard a case regarding seeking registration of a case against main character of memogate Mansoor Ijaz.PPP worker Khalid Javaid filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court, stating that Mansoor had written articles against Pak Army and ISI. Therefore a case should be registered against Mansoor Ijaz.After hearing the argument, the court dismissed the petition.
