Summary Transporters and students of Govt College Gujranwala clashed, resulting in lawlessness.
Students of Government College Gujranwala had a clash with transporters a day before. On Monday, hundreds of transporters equipped with batons stormed into the college and started vandalising motorcycles of professors and students parked in the parking stand.Students got furious over this and blocked Chichar Wali road in protest. Enraged students shouted slogans and broke windowpanes of various passenger vehicles.Afterward, protesting students reached Lahore-Sialkot road in the form of rally and blocked it. However, the students dispersed over the assurance of action against transporters by the police.
