Summary Supreme Court conducted hearing of suo-motu notice regarding fake medicines.
The accused Dr Azher said that Punjab government printed new about his resignation without any information.Supreme Court bench heard the case and accepted the petition moved for making Dr Azhar as party in the said case.Justice Saqib Nisar while commenting his remarks said that Punjab government is running the system on ‘royal footprints’. A government official is suspended on a single letter without justification.The hearing of case was put off till March 16.
