A writ petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court, seeking disqualification of Babar Awan.The petitioner stated in his application that Babar Awan was not eligible for the office of senator, as he concealed his assets from the Election Commission.The court has admitted the petition for hearing and sought the reply from Election Commission on Feb 28.
