Summary Supreme Court adjourns hearing into plea for registration of second FIR in Benazir Bhutto murder.

A 5-member bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, heard the case regarding registration of second FIR in the Benazir Bhutto murder case today.Chaudhry Aslam, the former protocol officer of Benazir Bhutto has filed petition, seeking registration of second FIR in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case, but his legal representative Rashid A Rizvi could not appear before court during today’s proceedings.Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that he could not hear the case in the high court because his brother Tariq Khosa as DG FIA was investigating the case of BBs assassination.Petitioner while withdrawing his objections expressed full confidence in the bench.In petition, Chaudhry Aslam has made Musharraf, Rehman Malik, former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi others as respondents.Hearing into plea has been adjourned for indefinite period.
