Summary Chief Justice LHC formed a full bench to hear petition against the prime minister under article 6.
Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed on Wednesday constituted a full bench to hear petition against Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani under article 6 of the constitution for not implementing Supreme Court verdicts including NRO.Advocate A K Dogar contended in the LHC that the prime minister has been claiming during public rallies that government was fully implementing the court decision but the reality was otherwise. This attitude of the PM is equal to distract the public which falls under article 6 of the constitution of Pakistan, Dogar argued.The full bench is comprised of Justice Nasir Saeed, Justice Shahid Saeed and with Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice in the chair.
