Much ado: Cabinet's 100th meeting on Sunday

Talking to media persons on arrival at Karachi Airport, former federal minister and PPP leader Dr Babar Awan said that in the past during the government of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the Federal Cabinet had met 95 times.The PPP leader said that the democracy was restored during the present government’s era. Replying to a question, he said that the Federation’s reply (in the memo issue) had been submitted to the Supreme Court through the Attorney General.Replying to a question regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s public meeting in Karachi on December 25, he said that those who consider that they are popular, should come into the public and seek their mandate.To another question, he said that those who were out to harm the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), themselves vanished while the PPP still existed.
