Summary Lahores session court dismissed bail plea of PPPs MNA Tasaddaq Masood in bogus cheque case.
The police submitted to the Additional Session Judge Lahore Sheraz Kayani that member National Assembly from Gujranwal Tassadaq Masood gave one Imran Ijaz a cheque worth Rs 2.2 million which was dishonoured.A fraud case was registered against him but accused got bail before arrest. During hearing, nobody appeared for the accused and the court after hearing the arguments cancelled the bail of the MNA.
