Summary Govt is considering to issue notice to Secretary Defence for submitting replies of Army leadership.
According to Dunya News, Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani and DG ISI Ahmad Shuja Pasha submitted their answers through JAG branch in Supreme Court.The government is annoyed with Secretary Defence over submitting separate replies of military leadership in the Supreme Court.
