Summary Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani chaired the federal cabinet meeting in Peshawar.
The federal cabinet approved a bailout package worth Rs 11 billion for Pakistan Steel Mills.The federal ministers, provincial governors, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa CM Ameer Haider Hoti and the federal secretaries attended the meeting.The participants of the meeting discussed different options to make Pakistan Steel and other institutions profitable and reviewed and prices of different food items.Federal Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan will brief the media in this regard.
