Summary PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif has filed a petition to probe the memo issue in the Supreme Court.
Khawaja Asif, Ishaq Dar, Mehtab Abbasi, and Gen (r) Qadir Baloch are also among the plaintiffs. In the petition, President Asif Ali Zardari, the federation of Pakistan, Army Chief Gen Ashfaq Pervez kayani, DG ISI Ahmad Shuja Pasha, Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir, Hussain haqqani ank Pakistan-born-US national Mansoor Ijaz are made the respondents.A transparent inquiry into the memo issue is demanded and requested action against the responsible. Barrister Fakhar uddin G Ibrahim has filed the petition from his client.
