Summary Babar Awan, while arguing in NRO review petition, said the government may bring new NRO if needed.
Counsel for the federation Babar Awan while continuing his argument before Supreme Court in NRO review petition said that NRO was not an agreement between two persons rather it was an authentic law. The bench asked Babar to submit this statement in writing.SC observed that the federation was not party in NRO case. On this, Babar said that Benazir Bhutto was also not a party in the case too, yet his name was mentioned three times in the said case.
