Summary Pakistan has decided to take the issue of two Indian hydro projects to International Court.
India has completed two hydro projects at River Sindh.According to sources, Chatak Hydro Project and Nemo Bazgo Project have 90% and 85 % work completed on them respectively. India has also got UN carbon credit certificate.However, Pakistan has declared that the projects are clear violation of the Indus treaty. Pakistan has also decided to move the International Court of Justice. Sources said that Pakistan had decided to take up the issue with the International Court but no development has yet been seen in this connection.
