Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Peshawar has indicted Maulana Sufi Muhammad, Amir defunct Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariah Muhammadi, and his 62 associates in murder case of Badi-uz Zaman, a PPP MPA.Judge Asim Imam of ATC Peshawar took up the case for hearing Monday at central jail. He remarked Maulana Sufi Muhammad and his 62 associates had provoked people against the state and negated democracy.The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till December 26.
