Summary SHC has issued notices to Home Minister and IG Police on MQM-H chairman Afaq Ahmads petition.
Afaq Ahmad has said in his petition that about nine cases were registered against him during his detention.He added that a conspiracy for his killing after release has also been revealed. He suspected that he would be killed as he comes out of jail.He requested the court that he should be provided security by the Rangers for at least one year after release.
