Summary Sadiq Memon was made minister without department owing to his friendship with Dr Zulfiqar Mirza.
According to notification issued by Sindh Government, the Jail Department has been taken back from Sadiq Memon and its additional charge has been handed over to Law Minister Ayyaz Somro.Sources predict that Sadiq Memon used be counted as one of the friends of Dr Zulfiqar Mirza. He has been delegated ministry of Jail department.
