Summary Haqqani networks senior commander said that peace process should be held under Taliban leadership.
In an interview with an international news agency, a senior commander of Haqqani network said that solution of Afghan issue is impossible without talks with Taliban Shura. On condition of anonymity, the commander said that US has tried to talk with Haqqani network for number of times but their group is part of Taliban under the leadership of Mullah Muhhamda Umer therefore we can not hold talk with US independently.
