Summary Supreme Court directed the inquiry commission to submit loan write-off report within 90 days.
The three member bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the loan write-off case on Tuesday.Supreme Court, on request of commission’s chairman Justice (r) Jamshed Ali, allowed Malik Muhammad Akram and Ibrar Syed Rizvi to be the member of inquiry commission. However, apex court rejected the request to include a chartered accountant as a member of the commission.Chief Justice said that it an important case and we are hopeful to get the money back.
