Summary Sindh High Court issued notices to Chief Secretary, Secretary Interior and DG Rangers in Afaq case.
The division bench of Sindh High Court comprised of Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh heard the appeal of Muhajir Qaumi Movement chief Afaq Ahmed.Afaq Ahmed, in his petition, expressed his fear that after his release he will be arrested again or will be assassinated. The court has issued the notices to Chief Secretary Sindh, Secretary Interior and DG Rangers.
