Summary Pakistan Railways asked another Rs. 4 billion for payments of salaries on Eid.
Railway authorities told Dunya News that there are required Rs 2300 million for payment of salaries and pensions, whereas, Rs. 700 million are needed for payment of diesel.Another Rs 1000 million are demanded for repair of tracks and payment of utility bills, the railways officials said. The authorities vowed that current month’s pensions will be paid with in one or two days.
