Summary Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif has rejected the cabinet decision to have two weekly holidays.
Shahbaz said the federal government has not consulted him about two holidays a week. The provincial government is not bound to obey the decision taken by the federal government.Addressing a function in Model Town Lahore, he said that all the resources of the country had been misused by the corrupt elite for 64 long years. For the first time in history, the provincial government has channelled resources to the welfare of the poor as per Quaid and Iqbal’s vision, he added.On the occasion, the CM handed over documents of loan to five families.
