Summary The intelligence department submitted their reports in the first meeting of Monitoring Committee.
The first meeting of Monitoring Committee headed by Sindh High Court Chief Justice Mushir Alam held in Karachi. The committee was formed to implement the SC decision regarding Karachi unrest case.Heads of intelligence agencies including Director FIA, Commander Staff Frontier Constabulary, Director Paramilitary Organising Karachi, IG Police Sindh, DIG CID Karachi participated in the meeting.The intelligence agencies and Sindh IG submitted their reports regarding Karachi situation to the committee. The monitoring committee reviewed the reports in the light of the Supreme Court decision.The committee decided that the monthly meeting of the committee would be held on first Tuesday of every month.
