Ahad Maliks daughter remanded in 10-day police custody

She was arrested a day back in a kidnap case. Aisha Malik’s maid had registered with Defence police station a case of kidnapping her brother. Aisha got interim bail till October 3 but police arrested her before appearing in the court and shifted her to Race Course police station.Today, police presented her before the Anti-Terrorism Court and requested 13 days police remand. Aisha’s lawyer argued that the kidnap case is baseless and his client is being politically victimised. The public prosecutor said there is evidence that maid’s brother is kidnapped by Aisha Malik. The court, after hearing the arguments, remanded Aisha Malik in 10 days police custody.
