Summary Hearing on a writ to remove Musharraf name from official record has been put off.
Former present Rafiq Tarar submitted an application in the Lahore High Court, seeking removal of ex-president Musharraf’s name from official record.It was said in the application that the Supreme Court of Pakistan had declared Pervez Musharraf as an unconstitutional president, adding that all of his decisions has also been declared null and void.The petitioner requested the court to order to remove Musharraf name from official record. The court deferred hearing for unlimited period.
