According to sources, Sindh Rangers released Pakistan People’s Party Karachi South Zone chairman Zafar Baloch after questioning.Earlier, the Rangers arrested Baloch from Lyari Town during a search operation.Two torture cells were also discovered during a search operation and police found a man kept in the cell. A black cobra was also found in the torture cell that was believed to use to terrorize the captives at the cell.The officials also found arms stuffed in gunny bags from Gabool Park area of Lyari.
