Lahore: Sale of dengue medicines at high prices, seven medical stores sealed

Taking action after a report aired on Dunya News, The Punjab government sealed seven medical stores. A team of drug inspectors raided 170 medical stores out of which seven were sealed on violation of prices.Meanwhile, the number of sealed medical stores during last three days has reached to 63.According to the District government spokesman, cases have been registered against 46 laboratories and hospitals for not conducting CBC tests.Moreover, cases have also been registered according to Section 144 against theses hospitals and laboratories on over charging.
