Summary Another five dengue patients died in Lahore hospitals on Thursday, taking death toll 27.
According to sources, 521 more dengue virus cases have been reported in a day (on Thursday) in Punjab.The administration has ordered to vacate Punjab University hostels due to the horror caused by the horrifying disease.It is worth mentioning that four to five people are dying of dengue in Lahore in a day. Mayo Hospital’s Naib Qasid Muhammad Ayyub was diagnosed with dengue, but could not survive due to low platelets count.Likewise, 19-year-old Hina Atiq, resident of Mughlpura, passed away due to dengue.Another victim 18-year-old Fizza Hanif transferred to Mayo Hospital lost her life.Another man Mamri Khan also died of dengue fever in Naseerabad, Lahore.Five other dengue patients have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
