Summary After the resignation of 14 ministers, respective ministries are facing administrative problems.

The ministries like Health, Works and Services, Family Planning, Forestry and others are facing problems as their ministers has resigned from the Sindh assembly seats.Dr Zulfiqar Mirza from the PPP and 13 MQM ministers have resigned from their seats. There is no responsible authority is available to repair the roads and infrastructure ruined by rains and flood. The Dengue epidemic is spreading in the province. Matters of Jinnah Hospital, National Institute of Child Health, National Institutes of Cardiovascular Diseases are laying unaddressed due to which patients, doctors and paramedical staff are facing difficulties.The bureaucracy is dealing people in high-handed manner in the absence of ministers and various decisions are still pending. The chief minister has the charge of vacant ministries but he is unable to give proper time.
