PAC gets report on Pak chancellerys illegal sale deed Jakarta

Chairman Committee Ayyaz Sadiq said that the report showed that the then Chief Executive Pervez Musharraf was a partner in the sale of the aforesaid building.A special meeting of the Public Account Committee was held under the chairmanship of Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq in which the report regarding the sale of the Chancellery was presented.According to the report, Pakistani Ambassador Gen(r) Mustafa Anwar sold the building of Chancellery without the permission of the Foreign Office. Moreover, official Mushtaq Rizvi who exposed the scam was sent to Pakistan and made an OSD.The Committee of the Chief Executive which conducted an inquiry into the matter recommended declaring the work of the Ambassador illegal.The committee member Yasmeen Rahman said that the then Chief Executive had full interest in the matter.Chairman Ayyaz Sadiq said that it seemed that the then Chief Executive was a partner in the sale of the building.
