Summary Chief Justice Balochistan High Court was annoyed over the transfer of investigation officer.
He also expressed his dissatisfaction over the performance of the Crime Branch and gave 7 days to them for action against Musharraf in Akbar Bugti murder case.Two-member bench consists of the Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Mohammed Hashim Kakar. Dputy attorney general informed the court during the hearing that a letter has been written to the federal government for the arrest of the accused. Qazi Faez Isa showed anger over the transfer of the investigation officer.Director Crime Branch said chief secretary stopped to record the statement of former Balochistan CM Jam Yousaf and former interior minister Shuaib Nowsherwani. The chief secretary directed the director crime branch to work without any pressure. The hearing was adjourned to August 17. Nawabzada Jamell Bugti addressed a press conference after the media and complained the case proceedings are very slow.
