If it is used for this purpose, it would be violation of the Constitution.Supreme Court Bar Association’s secretary Qamaruzzam Qureshi, while talking to the Dunya News, said that the government should implement the decisions made by the courts to avoid anarchy in the country, adding that the SC should announce such judgments which could be implemented easily.Replying to a query, Qureshi said that the job of the Army was to safeguard the boundaries of the country. If the SC calls on Army to implement its verdicts, it would be violation of the constriction.He concluded that if Army came to power, they would be martial courts rather than civilian ones.
