Accoriding to the details PML-N member National assembly Anusha Rehman has refused to appear before the Senate Privilege Committee. She was accused of writing an insulting piece against the Chairman Senate. A letter from Anusha Rehman was presented in the committee meeting held under Tahira Mashadi. She asked in the letter that the Senate must clarify the legal background of summoning her in the committee. The senate Committee, on the other hand says If Anusha doesn’t turn up in the next meeting, the body reserves the right to proceed legally. The committee has also called the MD Sui Northern Gas Arif Hamid in the next meeting. He threatened Senator Zahid Khan to wrap up the project.
