Summary DG FIA Tehsin Anwar did not appear in the Supreme Court despite SC orders.
The Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammaed Chaudhry said Chief Executive could also be taken care of if he became hindrance according to the law. The hearing of the case was conducted by 5-member bench of the high court ubder the CJP.Despite the clear court orders secretary establishment could not issue the notification to bring back Hussain Asghar to the Federal Investigation Agency. The Chief Justice said to the secretary establishment to bring the notification or else be ready to face the law. The Chief Justice remarked that contempt of the court was being committed right in front of the court.
