Summary PIA flights were delayed at Benazir International Airport Islamabad for third day.
Domestic and international flights were delayed 1 to 6 hours on the third day at Islamabad airport due to the strike of PIA employees after CBA Union President Amir Shah’s murder two days ago.Today, the flights bound for Lahore, Karachi, Skardu, Gilgit and Sukkur departed with 1 to 3 hours delay while international flights are delayed up to six hours.According to the PIA authorities, the flights schedule would be normalised within a few days.
