Summary SHC would hear petitions filed against the commissionerate system after summer vacations.
The Sindh High Court issued notices to the federal government, the Sindh government and others on the petition filed by Iqbal Haider.Sources said that the hearing of these petitions would be made after summer vacations. The civil society has also challenged the commissionerate system.Other petitioners, Ajmal of Delhi, Professor Habibur Rehman and Arshad Abdullah Wohra, also sought making the federal and the Sindh governments defendants.
