Summary ATC has indicting Sufi Muhammad, chief of outlawed Tanzim Nifaz Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM).

He has been indicted on charges of killing 11 police and FC personnel in 1994 in Swat.Two cases were initiated against him. For one of the case, four witnesses were to appear in the hearing conducted at the Peshawar central Jail, but only one witness appeared. The defence counsel appeared and said that the investigation officer in the case had passed away. Sixteen of Sufi Muhammad’s aides have also been indicted, and hearing put off till July 30.
