Summary State minister for External Afairs Hina Khar to become the Foreign Minister, said the sources.
The summary in this regard has been sent to the president for approval. Prime Minister Yousaf Gilani has sent this summary to the President’s House. Sources further revealed the government has decided to appoint the full foreign minister before India-Pak ministerial talks to be held this month. The dialogues will take place on July 26 and 27.
