Summary The ATC has rejected the application of Rangers for return of recovered property.
One of the witnesses, SI Afzal Abdul Haleem Kalachi recorded his statement in the court while defence lawyer completed his cross-examination.The witness stated that he had arrested the accused Afser Khan on the order of DSP Altaf. Ranger Inspector Anwer also handed over three mobile phones of the accused to DSP Altaf.The court was adjourned for next day.
