Summary Balochistan government has issued the report of Kharotabad tribunal.
The report held responsible four officials of police and FC for the incident. The report also disclosed that all the victims had a link with banned organisations. Balochistan High Court Judge Muhammad Hashim Kakar had presented a report of 88 pages to the provincial government. The government publicised only 12 pages of the report. According to the report, former Quetta CCPO Dawood Junejo, FC Col Faisal Shahzad, PS Airport SHO Fazal-ur-Rehman and ASI Raza were responsible for the killing of unarmed Chechen women. The report furthers said all the officials misused their powers, and it demanded a strict action against all the officials. The report disclosed that all the foreigners were entering Pakistan without legal documents, but they had no suicide jacket and they never desired to target police or FC. If they were arrested alive, they could have provided important information.
