Summary The Supreme Court has set Babar Awans petition against Rana Sanaullah for hearing on Monday.
Justice Javed Iqbal has called former federal law minister Babar Awan to the court along with all relevant record. Awan has accused Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana of declaring him (Awan) “Wajab-ul-Qatal” (the one who should be killed). Awan requested the court to set a commission to probe the matter. The court accepted the plea for hearing on Monday.
